limiting refined sugar and the bad carbohydrates
All of these things changed how I food shop and view food in the way I cook, prepare food and order take-out. My experience living abroad in Italy years ago has come back to my life and I am not going back. What I mean by this is, they value the quality of the ingredients they grow and use everyday. Eat the Rainbow and eat real ingredients (you know, the kind you can pronounce) and your body will thank you!
The photos are only some of the food that I have cooked with my new food philosophy. None of the food above is shameful, disrespectful or poisonous to my body because they are made with healthy, natural dairy replacements.
