I'm not a fan of strict diets and deprivation. Nor am I a fan of starvation. What I do like is having a healthy lifestyle and that is why I agree with the Weight Watchers philosophy. I recently started Weight Watchers because I knew it had options and does not get rid of the foods you like. I like how I feel about myself, and I generally eat healthy, however I wanted to see what I needed to change to lose some extra pounds. A lot of the things Weight Watchers tells us, I already do, but here are some tips to help you lose weight, or even to join Weight Watchers.

- Portion Control
- Exercise (can be light)
- Plan your meals
- Pay attention to ingredients and what your eating
- Fat, protein, fiber, and carbs!!!
- Have a weight loss buddy/group (exercise buddies too!)
- Stay around people that help you, not hinder you
- Do not deprive yourself!
- Have a goal in mind
