Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today's post is about the food I had on Thanksgiving. We (my family) drove eight hours to my aunt and uncle's house in Cincinnati. We see this side of the family only a few times a year and Thanksgiving is the highlight! My cousin Stephen is a chef and he lets me help him cook, so we are never disappointed with the food and we always have a great time crackin' jokes and having quality family time! I love to eat, and nothing comes in the way of enjoying a good meal or a scoop of ice-cream but this post is what one should eat before and after a workout. The gym I belong to is called Sweat Fitness and I love it! There is something for everyone, including a pool, a track and various kickboxing bags.
Eating Before a workout
Eating After a workout:
1. Stretching or 10 minuites light cardio
2. Circuit training (max 30 mins)
3. Free weights/machine weights
4. Light cardio
This would be a typical whole-body workout. This seems to be showing great results and is working for me!
